Legendary folk artist Spider John Koerner is probably one of the most famous artists to regularly perform at The Burned Down Cafe. One of the first arrivals on the folk scene in the 1960s, he has influenced may other artists including Bob Dylan.

Joe and Vicki Price have been appearing at Tom's Burned Down Cafe every summer for the past several years. Their CD "Rain or Shine" won the Independent Music Award Judges Choice for best blues CD 2009!
The Winners in more than 50 album, song, music video and design categories culled from thousands of submissions from around the globe, were determined by a panel of 80 influential artists and industry pros like Tom Waits, Ricky Skaggs, Aimee Mann, and Suzanne Vega.
The Sun Mountain Fiddler has been playing at The Burned Down Cafe every summer for almost 20 years. This New York native has been traveling the world playing music his entire life. Having recorded several CDs during his career, Solberg always seems to be touring with his band. We are fortunate enough to have live recordings from the Tom's Burned Down Cafe shows of 2009, and 2010.
Keith Secola is another artist who has been playing on Madeline Island for many years. Winner of Native American Music Awards as well as international awards Keith always draws a big crowd when he does his island shows.

The Pines are becoming another Madeline Island favorite. Their blend of bluesy, country, folksy styles are getting the attention of critics nationwide. We are excited to feature live tracks from their latest release "Tremolo" recorded at Tom's Burned Down Cafe in 2010.
